Lamb on skewers

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes and place in a dish.
  2. Season with Zeal spice. Add chopped onion and equal quantities of water and vinegar. Soak for 2 – 3 hours.
  3. Take the meat out of the liquid, drain and brush with a little oil. Sprinkle liberally with Barbecue Spice.
  4. Thread onto skewers and braai or grill, turning frequently for 10 – 15 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
