Delicious Lamb Stew

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot and fry onion together with Garlic Flakes and Steak & Chops Spice until soft.
  2. In a separate bowl mix lamb neck together with cake flour Brown Onion Seasoning until well coated.
  3. When onions are fried add another tsp of oil to the pot then add the lamb and fry until lamb is well browned.
  4. Then add the tomato paste, carrots, potatoes and water and stir well.
  5. Cover pot with a lid and allow to simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  6. Serve with rice or pap.
